Public Notice: David Mabardy

Public statement from David Mabardy:

To my family, friends, and all man-kind,  on 14 February 2019, my girlfriend fell and broke her wrist. I was arrested and serious fraudulent charges carrying up to seven years in prison were alleged but these allegations are not from my girlfriend.

On the contrary, she claims I caused her no harm and she has made it publicly known that she is not, and will never press charges. I have maintained my innocence all along but still, somehow 31-days later I am under false, arbitrary imprisonment at Grafton County Corrections with a $20,000 dollar, cash-only price tag for my freedom; and further, a trial date set about 4-months from now; to make matters worse, a judgement order has been set to ban the two of us from seeing or speaking to each other. Not her nor I have requested this order, and yet it still exists for some reason.

A week ago, my private association filed suit at law for deprivation of rights against wrongdoers: federal docket# 19-CV223. It was made clear to me that if I did what I was told to do, I would have been set free on 15 February 2019 for nothing at all. Zero. The sad truth is that what I was told was to act against myself and my rights. So when I chose not to act against myself the price became $20,000 dollars cash-only.

I find this to be disgustingly absurd and unconscionable and it goes against everything I believe to be good, just and right in the world. It wreaks of inequity, wickedness, trespass and wrongdoing. The relief has been sought from the lawsuit but that could take some time. Every day that passes and I’m here, my life is being dismantled and it’s demoralizing.

If there is anything you can do or can offer to help secure my freedom, I want you to know it will be paid back fully and you will be blessed as a good Samaritan. I have been blessed every day with the love and support I receive, and I am thankful. I have come up with part of the $20,000 dollars but I need more help or the relief I sought whichever comes sooner. If you can help whether it’s $1 or $1000, I will restore it all back once I redress this matter.
